Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is our primary payment method. You pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your items, choose the size and color, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and select Cash on Delivery.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes! Enter your discount code at checkout. New customers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off their first order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment options will be available soon.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2″5 working days depending on your location. Major cities typically receive orders in 2″3 days.

Is delivery free?

Yes! Delivery is FREE on all orders above Rs. 3,000. Orders below Rs. 3,000 have a flat shipping charge of Rs. 200.

Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend referring to our size guide on each product page. Our sizes range from 0–3 Months to 11–12 Years. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

What if the size doesn't fit?

No problem! We offer a 7-day easy exchange policy. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.

Products & Quality

Are your fabrics safe for children?

Absolutely. All our fabrics and dyes are tested and certified safe for children, including newborns. We use hypoallergenic, chemical-free materials.

How should I care for the clothing?

Care instructions are printed on each garment's label and listed on every product page. Most items are machine washable.
