Return & Exchange Policy
At Junior Crown Clothing, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you and your little ones to absolutely love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Exchange is available for size or color of the same product (subject to availability)
- Items purchased on sale can be exchanged for store credit only
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email
- Share your order number and reason for exchange
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process
- Send the item back to our address (customer bears return shipping cost)
- Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 2–3 working days
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Undergarments and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items reported after 7 days of delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Policy
We currently offer exchanges and store credit rather than cash refunds, except in cases of defective or incorrect items delivered. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
